9 am to 6 pm
Trade Show Area | Mardi Gras Ballroom B/Business Expo
This will be the Expo Room where exhibitors/vendors will display their products and services. Appearance of each booth must be Philippine-inspired, promoting Philippine culture, history, values & traditions. This will be a showcase for FilAm entrepreneurship and innovation. A stage or fashion ramp will be provided for Exhibitors to use so they can have live mannequins model their merchandise: garments, shoes, handbags, jewelry, & other fashion accessories. 4 tv screens (2 on each side) above the ramp will also showcase exhibitors’ products and services. Two Negotiation Corners, with couches & tables, will be available for vendors and buyers to conduct business conversations. There will be a cash bar (with a variety of quick snacks) available for attendees during the event.
10 am to 4 pm
Short Film Festival | La Salle Viewing Room B
This room will hold multiple events that will be staged at different times of the day.
1. Filipino International Short Film Festival @ the Main Room— This will be participated by Filipino Short Filmmakers from local, international and worldwide
6 pm to 11 pm
Gala Event | Mardi Gras Ballroom A
This will be attended by US & Philippine officials & dignitaries, major sponsors, & other selected VIPs. The Main Event will be the Gala Fashion Show featuring a celebrity designer and the awarding of the winning entries from the Las Vegas Filipino Short Film Festival.
